Have the freedom to explore Winton and the best it has to offer. Visit Carisbrooke Station to see the spectacular scenery of the region, marvel at the preservation of 3300 dinosaur footprints made 95 million years ago at the Dinosaur Stampede, see the dinosaur bones being found in the local area at the Australian Age of Dinosaurs, hear about the explorers and pioneers of the region, the hardship of station life and the events that shaped Winton and its people. This 4 night package has a weekly departure that links with the Spirit of the Outback rail.

This package is made for convenience. We've bundled our day tours together and we also have a set number of guaranteed rooms each week at the Winton Outback Motel. We have the relationships with businesses in town for your breakfast and museum entry. We book all of these things for you. You (or your travel agent) just book the Winton Explorer Package and transport to Winton, and we will book the accommodation and tours in Winton for you. We'll provide you with vouchers and a final itinerary upon your arrival in Winton.

Wednesday (B) - PM - Winton Town Tour
                               PM - Rangelands Rifts and Sunset Tour (sunset nibbles and a glass of wine included)
Thursday (B) - Depart Winton, or stay longer to explore.

2027 ITINERARY
The itinerary is typically as follows**...

Monday - AM - Bladensburg National Park Half Day Tour

** Please note that unforeseen circumstances can occur and we may need to change the order of tours for your arrival. We acknowledge that sometimes there are old itineraries out in cyberspace, so we will provide you a definitive itinerary when you arrive in Winton.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
A reasonable level of fitness is required to join and enjoy this tour. Guests must be able to walk 400m, sometimes across uneven ground, and be able to walk up and down at least 4 steps for the bus and for accommodation. Unfortunately wheelchairs and wheelie walkers cannot be accommodated onboard the vehicles.

Deposit:
A $400 deposit per person is due upon confirmation. The Balance is payable one month prior to departure.

Cancellations:

• 30+ days = no cancellation fee and refund of deposit.
• 14-29 days = $50 per person
• 0-13 days = $250 per person
• If you need to leave the tour early due to illness or an emergency, then we will refund any unused portions of the tour less any costs incurred from third party suppliers.
